Real Time Automated Advanced Payment Program

Cell phones, CLECs, cable phone providers and other phones that block collect calls account for 47 percent of inmate call attempts. Not only do these blocked calls hinder inmates' ability to communicate with family and friends, they have a direct impact on your potential revenue.

Our Advanced Payment System allows inmates to complete one free call to any phone number that is blocked. Once the called party accepts the call, our system connects the inmate and allows the parties to talk for up to three minutes.

Within minutes of the free call, one of our call center operators will contact the call recipient to discuss our prepaid options.

The Advanced Payment Program allows the called party to pay for future calls via credit card, bank card, debit card, a checking account, Western Union, calling card kiosk, or from one of 35,000 retail locations.

Called parties are informed of their prepaid balance every time they receive a prepaid call. Once the balance reaches $ 5.00, Customer Service will contact the party about replenishing the account.

Our program supports all call types and can complete a call to every existing phone provider's network in the world.
