Inmate Call Detail Records
Using the I.C.E. Web Based applications, you can run reports on all current and archived call detail records. By selecting specific call parameters, you can fine-tune your report to answer your specific questions. Using I.C.E. it is easy to pull CDR (Call Time, Call Date, Call Duration, Number dialed, Inmate, Phone used, Destination Information and Call Cost) information.
The following information is available via I.C.E. - Call Detail Page:
- Call Date
- Call Time
- Inmate PIN
- Inmate Name
- Destination #
- Destination City/State
- Phone Location
- Call Duration
- Call Disposition
- Notes
- Call Recording
All Calls may be downloaded via our Briefcase application that lets you select multiple calls before downloading the briefcase (Save time and increases productivity).
